Ella Leach, Strategic Partner at Creative Financial Solution works with President, Daniel J. Laginess to create safe and comfortable futures for his clients. Ella works closely with Daniel to implement marketing strategies, engage in client relations and implement new business ventures. In practice, this means she molds his goals into tangible policies, clarifying in the process, his vision, and holding him accountable in order to reach that vision. Ella’s biggest passion is helping others, be it friends, her colleagues, or strangers.

Ella was born and raised in Eastern Pennsylvania and still currently resides with her son, Ty. She is a proud twin and has two sisters and brothers. Ella’s two sisters are also Strategic Partners; they work together quite often to collaborate on new ideas and tasks. Ella is grateful for her parents, Monica and Miles, that showed her the value of hard work and dedication.
